The setup wizard, step by step
Set up your business and your booking site in seven short steps.
After you verify your phone, the setup wizard walks you through everything your business needs to take bookings: what it does, where it is, which services it offers and when it works. At the end of each step, click Next. You can go back with Back, and nothing is lost.
- Step 1
Your kind of business
Choose the field closest to your business, for example Barber & Hair Salon or Beauty & Cosmetics. Not there? Choose Other field, then search for your kind of business or type it.
- Step 2
Your business's details
Fill in:
- Your business's name and the owner's name.
- A few words about you and your experience. They appear on your booking site.
- A phone number for contact.
- The country your business works in.
- Your business's address. Once you type it, the wizard checks that it is found on the map. You can also click Verify address.
- A short slogan, if you like.
TipCustomers do not come to you? Untick The business has a fixed address where customers are received.
- Step 3
Your booking site's address
This is the address where customers book with you, for example torly.cc/studio-bloom. Use English letters, numbers and hyphens. When it says the address is available, it is yours.
In the same step you choose a colour for the site, and you can add a logo, a cover image and links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook.
TipThe wizard suggests an address from your business name, in English letters only (a name in another alphabet suggests none). Check it, or type your own.
- Step 4
Your services
For each service, type a name, how long it takes (in minutes) and a price, then click + Add Service. Add all your services this way, or the main ones for now. You can change any service in the list below.
TipYou can add and change services later too, in Business Settings.
- Step 5
Your hours
Choose your working days and the hours of each day. To give every day the same hours, click Apply to all. To add a regular break, such as lunch, click Add Break.
Further down there are a few more settings: SMS reminders for customers (in Israel), the time zone, how far ahead customers must book, and how close to the appointment they may still cancel.
- Step 6
Choosing a plan
At the top, choose how to pay: Monthly Billing or Annual Billing (Save More). Then click the button of the plan that suits you. It starts with a free trial, with no charge right away.
TipWant to change plans later? Write to us, and we will help.
- Step 7
All set
At the end you see the link to your booking site. Copy Link copies it so you can send it to customers, and View Site opens it. Below there is a summary of your settings and a check of whether your business is ready for bookings.
Finally, click Continue to Dashboard ➔.
Common problems
I clicked "Next" and nothing happened
A red message next to the button says what is missing: for example an address for your site, or a closing time earlier than the opening time. Fix it, and click Next again.
It says the address is already taken
Another business already chose this address. Add a word to it, such as your city: studio-bloom-raanana.
I left the wizard halfway
What you filled in is saved on this device. Sign in again from the same device, and the wizard continues from the same step.
Can I change these settings later?
Yes. In the profile menu: Business Settings for your details, services and hours, and My Site (Minisite) for your booking site's address and design.
