The link to your booking site
Copy the link to your booking site and send it to your customers.
Every business on Torly has a booking site with an address of its own, for example torly.cc/bloom-studio. Through this link customers book appointments with you by themselves, at any hour. This guide shows where the link is, how to share it and how to change the address.
- Step 1
Where the link is
Click My Profile (on a phone: the circle with the letter at the top of the screen), then My Site (Minisite). The link is at the top of the screen, under the Business Website Settings heading.
- Step 2
Copy it and check it
Copy copies the link, and then it says Copied!. You can paste it anywhere: in WhatsApp, on Instagram or in an email.
Navigate to Link opens your site in a new tab, exactly as customers see it. It’s worth checking before you share.
- Step 4
Change the address
Click Edit Address and type a new address: English letters, numbers and hyphens. Then click Save and Apply All Settings at the bottom of the screen.
If the address is taken or reserved, a message appears under the field: choose another one. Once saved, the new address appears in the box, ready to share.
NoteThe old address stops working as soon as you save. Before you change it, think about where you have shared it.
- Step 5
What happens to the old address
Anyone who opens the old address sees a page saying it wasn’t found and that the business may have changed its link. So update the link everywhere you shared it, and send customers the new one.
- The old address is kept for you for a year: no other business can take it, and you can go back to it.
- Customers who saved your site as an app on their phone need to open the new link and save it again.
- Messages Torly sends from now on with a link to your site carry the new address.
Common problems
It says the address is taken
Another business already uses it, or it is another business’s old address, kept for them. Add a word or your city, for example bloom-studio-raanana.
It says the address is reserved
Torly uses some words for its own pages, like pricing, support or login, and the shape ab-cd as well: two letters, a hyphen and two more letters. Choose another address.
Letters I type disappear
An address is written only in lowercase English letters, numbers and hyphens. Other letters, spaces and symbols do not go into the field. A hyphen at the start or the end is removed when you save.
Customers say the link does not work
Check that they have the current address, exactly as it appears in My Site (Minisite). If you changed it recently, the old one no longer works. If the site opens but they cannot book, check under Landing Page Status, on the Design & Branding tab, that the site is active.
The Copy button does not copy
Some browsers do not let a site copy. Tap the address itself in the box: it is all selected, and you can copy it as usual.
