Signing up and signing in
Open an account in a minute, and sign in to it from any device.
To start working with Torly, you open an account. You can sign up with a Google account, with Apple, or with an email and a password. Signing up is free.

Open the sign-up page
Go to Torly's sign-up page. You can also reach it from the home page, from the button to sign up for free.

Accept the terms
Tick the box under the title. This accepts the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. You cannot sign up without it.
TipOn a browser you have already signed up with, the box does not appear again.
NoteThe links to the terms open another page, and whatever you have already typed in the form is cleared. Read them before you fill in your details.

Sign up with Google or Apple
The quick way: click the Google button or Continue with Apple, and choose your account in the window that opens. There is no password to choose.
TipNext time, sign in the same way: if you signed up with Google, sign in with Google.

Or sign up with an email and a password
Under the buttons there is a form:
- Your full name or your business's name. You can leave it empty.
- Your email address.
- A password of at least 6 characters.
Then click Create Account.

What happens after you sign up
Your account is created, and Torly asks you to verify your mobile number with an SMS code. Right after that, the setup wizard for your business begins:

Sign in next time
Go to the sign-in page and use the way you signed up: Google, Continue with Apple, or your email and password and then Sign In with Password.

Forgot your password?
On the sign-in page, type your email address and click Forgot password? next to the password field. We send you an email with a link to choose a new password.
TipNo email? Look in your spam folder too.
Common problems
It says the email is already registered
You already have an account with this email. Go to the sign-in page and sign in. If you forgot your password, click Forgot password? there.
I signed in with Apple and it says the account is already registered
You probably signed up before with Google or with an email and a password. Sign in the way you signed up. If it says the account is registered with Google, click the Google button on the same page right away, and Apple is linked to the same account.
The password reset email did not arrive
Check your spam folder and wait a few minutes. Make sure the address is the one you signed up with. If you signed up with Google or Apple, you have no password: sign in with their button.
I signed in to the wrong account
Open the profile menu at the top of the screen, click Sign Out, and sign in again with the right account. On the phone check and in the setup wizard, there is a Sign out button at the top of the screen.
